This research focuses on the dynamics of consensus and conflict in the Spanish Parliament. It explores what explain voting behavior of opposition parliamentary groups and more lately to what extent the introduction of legislative amendments is influenced by institutional, partisan and informational determinants. This research answer questions such as: Do opposition groups introduce a significantly different number of bills and amendments on legislation? Which parliamentary groups introduce more amendments mentioning interest groups?
