Interest Groups

What gives power to different interest groups? Do business organizations have more access to public decisions than NGOs or trade unions? How does interest groups access vary between institutions? What explains interest groups interaction with political parties, and how focusing events modify their interaction with institutions? This line of research seeks to answer these questions.
